Iris Nebula. NGC 7023

This image was critical because I had just made extensive modifications to my telescope, and its quality would determine whether those changes were successful or not. This was after I had changed my telescope’s mirror and spider. I think it turned out well enough.

I was a bit bummed though after I realized that my comma corrector was not at the exact needed back focal distance. It was off by around 2 mm so the stars in my image suffer from comma at the far edges. You can see more on my Astrobin : https://www.astrobin.com/vtkd7x/C/
